About Our Founder & Principal Consultant, Robin Opperlee

What started as an unexpected career transition gave me something I hadn't had in a long time: the opportunity to stop and think about what I truly enjoy doing.

The answer was surprisingly simple: I love helping people and businesses achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Over the course of my career, I've been fortunate to lead growth, transformation, and change across organizations of all sizes.

Looking back, the work that energized me most was never just building the strategy. It was helping people rally around a vision, removing obstacles, creating momentum, and turning plans into results. As my team would say, "running through brick walls."

I've always been drawn to situations where the path forward isn't obvious. The messy ones. The hard ones. The moments when an organization, a team, or a leader knows they need to get somewhere new but isn't quite sure how to get there.
